Eighteen seawater tanks are home to live oysters from France and lobsters from the USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
Additional live seafood includes king crabs from Norway, snow crabs, and mud crabs, as well as local hamour, halwayoo, red mullet, salmon, and baby shark. Shiran was an excellent server who paid close attention to our needs and kept the wine glasses well topped up. I was very impressed with this restaurant from A to Z.
